ACCELERATED COMPOSITES EVOLUTION TECHNOLOGY

With ACE technology, we can compress years of physical testing and prototyping into few months of Finite Element Method (FEM) cycles. We use calculation models to analyze, assess and validate the output designs, based on specific criteria, before launching the production of real prototypes. We provide ACE with pre-defined performance targets to explore thousands of opportunities for potential tube cross-sections, carbon layup and geometrical structures to make sure we get as close as possible to the perfect high-performance machine.

INTEGRATED COCKPIT SYSTEM

We strive to be at the forefront of design through innovative solutions that prioritize functional integration to provide significant benefits for the rider. The Integrated Cockpit System technology is probably the best example of this philosophy, a proprietary system that provides stealth cable routing from handlebar to rear axle without compromising fit and adjustability. A leading solution and bike industry-first, ICS technology combines form and function for the most advanced cockpit design in the market, enabling us to set new standards in frame design. ICS Technology is available on selected platforms throughout the BMC product line to offer the benefits of functional integration to a broad range of rider profiles.

Road bikes don’t typically feature active suspension elements, but that does not mean we shelved the concept of a comfier ride. We develop our frames using a systematic approach, engineering each purpose-built bike to suit the needs of its rider. From the aero-specific speed-searcher to the mile-grinding Roadmachine rider, each model has optimized vertical compliance, where it matters most.

We deploy our Tuned Compliance Concept to achieve the requisite amount of vertical compliance and lateral stiffness to deliver a tailored riding experience. DTI - DUAL TRANSMISSION INTEGRATION - ELEGANT. UNDERSTATED. SWISS.

Unique to BMC, DTi (Dual Transmission integration) allows the cable routing to be easily swapped between mechanical and electronic drivetrains, giving you total freedom. Applied to all of our new road frames, and even some of our new off-road platforms, the integration is clean, without loss in the aesthetic or aerodynamic departments. An understated look that performs.
